DELIVERY/ARRIVAL TIMES: PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME TAKES 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS AND FOR CUSTOM ITEMS 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS.

• Priority Mail: 3-5 Business Days After Processing
• International Priority: 4-6 Business Days After Processing

CUSTOMS AND DUTY TAXES

• All international orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL depending on your location. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Lavishing Lux Hair Imports. 
• Lavishing Lux Hair Imports is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from FedEx/DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and group transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• All orders placed over weekends/federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.
• Preorder items will ship in approximately 14*-21 business days from the time of order.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification via text/email depending on your preferred communication method selected at checkout.
• No refunds permitted for refused/abandoned shipments.
• We cannot expedite shipping times or order.
• We cannot combine shipping or refund shipping for multiple order, as each order has separate tracking.
• We cannot modify addresses or honor special mail delivery requests.
• We ship with USPS for domestic orders. FedEx/DHL for international orders depending on your location.
• We are not responsible for any shipping courier delays as they are third party services from Lavishing Lux Hair Imports.
• We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural disasters, nor any extra fees, customs or back and charges once the package has left our facility. Customs fees may apply are not included our costs or shipping. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing; as they are the consumer's responsibility.
• During holidays and promotions shipping time delays may occur. We at Lavishing Lux Hair Imports thank you in advance for your patience.
• LAVISHINGLUXSIMPORTS.COM PRODUCTS ARE IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE FOR ORDER (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION). ITEMS CANNOT BE RESERVED BY PLACING THEM IN YOUR CART AS PRODUCT AVAILABILITY IS EXTREMELY LIMITED.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS?

LavishingLux Hair Imports does not offer refunds nor cancellations. Please ensure your order is verified before placing your order.

At LavishingLux Hair Imports, each bundle will be different as we are a raw hair company. Rest assured, we thoroughly wash and inspect all hair to ensure consistency and quality before shipping to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all items are custom made to order and are nonrefundable. A 25% restocking fee applies to all order modifications.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges as your order is a custom order.

Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair.

LavishingLux Hair Imports reserves the right to refuse any packages/returns at any time.

REFUNDS

Please note all LavishingLux Hair Imports items are nonrefundable.
